This may include account email, nickname, avatar, and login information; birth date, time, location, and profile data you submit; conversations, feedback, orders, and credit records; and device, browser, IP address, access-log, and necessary cookie information.
2. How we use information
We use information to create accounts, authenticate users, generate charts and analyses, provide AI conversations, process orders, maintain security, improve products, respond to support, and meet legal obligations.
3. Sensitive-information notice
Birth information, metaphysics profiles, and conversations may reveal personal circumstances. Birth details confirmed in chat are stored with that conversation and can be removed by deleting the conversation or the account. Submit only information you are authorized to provide and avoid unnecessary identifiers, payment-card details, medical records, or similar sensitive data.
4. Sharing information
We do not sell personal information. We share the minimum necessary data with contracted cloud, email, payment, and model-inference providers, or when consent, contract performance, safety, or law requires it.
5. Storage and security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, logging, and least-privilege practices. We retain information only as long as needed for service and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
6. Cookies and local storage
We may use cookies or browser storage for language, login state, and essential preferences. Disabling these technologies may prevent parts of the service from working.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or information about processing. You may also use self-service account deletion in Account Management. We verify the signed-in account and eligibility first, then explain which data is deleted and which essential records must be retained.

Minors should use the service only with guardian guidance and consent. Contact us if you believe we collected inappropriate information from a minor without our knowledge.

Some providers may operate in other jurisdictions. We use contractual, access, and security measures required by applicable law. Third-party links are governed by their own privacy practices.
