Xuantian provides metaphysics charting, traditional-culture content, AI conversations, and related digital tools. Features may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued, with reasonable notice for material changes where practical.
2. Accounts and security
You must provide valid information and protect your credentials. You may not sell, rent, or transfer your account. Notify us promptly if you discover unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, malicious content, system attacks, bulk scraping, access-control circumvention, or interference with normal operation.
4. AI and metaphysics disclaimer
Metaphysics readings, fortune interpretations, and AI responses are for cultural study, entertainment, and general informational purposes only. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice and should not be the sole basis for important decisions.
5. Paid services
Review the product, price, and applicable scope before purchasing credits or other digital benefits. Except where required by law or where the service is materially defective, consumed digital benefits are generally non-refundable.
6. Intellectual property
Our software, interfaces, branding, model configurations, and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain rights to content you lawfully submit and grant us the limited rights required to operate the service.
7. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when these terms are violated, platform security is threatened, or unlawful activity is suspected. You may delete your account from Account Management. Personal service data will be deleted and account identifiers anonymized, while essential order and financial records may be retained for legal and audit requirements.
8. Limitation of liability
We work to maintain reliable and secure services but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or completely accurate outputs. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for force majeure, third-party failures, or misuse of the service.

We may update these terms for business, technical, or legal reasons. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable notices. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
